He is having experience to work in Tata organization (Rallis India) for 23 years and thereafter in UPL till date. He has hands on experience in branding of agrochemicals, seeds and fertilizer and making significant contribution in India and he has established the needs of partnering and strategic alliance of fertilizer company’s Govt. agencies, State Govt. Universities and NGOS for overall Agri business growth. He is M.Sc. in plant Pathology having significant management degrees of Valued Institution with fascination to work with challenges and keen to develop future leaders in Agri Industry. He is ex Vice President of UPL Ltd. And currently holding the post of South Asia Business Lead of Advanta seeds (A seed arm of UPL Ltd.)

Mr. Sunirmal Chaudhuri has passed out from BCKV and is having more than 40 years of experience in Crop Protection & Seeds business related Sales, Marketing, Business Development & General Management functions across geographies of entire India & Bangladesh. Such varied cross geography experience have helped him together strong interpersonal skills & thereby creating well knit teams to drive the aspirations of agriculture based entrepreneurs. In his previous assignment he has served Bayer Crop Science Limited, Bangladesh as Managing Director for more than 7 years and has worked as a Business Head & Full time Advisor for M/s, Dhanuka Agritech Limited, based in Kolkata for a period of 6 years.
